Q: How do I know if I’m ready for E-Commerce?

Taking your business from brick and mortar to online can seem daunting. There are multiple things that you need to consider before selling online including your comfort level with taking online payments through PayPal, what your shipping rates will be and who will manage your return policy.

Before moving forward with E-Commerce, we recommend you review our readiness assessment.

Q: Is reporting included with this toolkit?

Yes, monthly reporting is included for the products in the toolkit. Once you link your business Facebook and Google Accounts you will be able to receive overall metrics and your executive report.

Q: Is there a cost for this local business toolkit?

You can trial these products at no charge until December 31, 2020. Directwest and Vendasta have you covered. A Directwest Media Advisor will be reaching out to you before December 31, 2020 to determine if you would like to upgrade to the paid versions of these products. The cost of these products can vary from $25.00 – $150.00 per month and your Media Advisor can confirm those costs for you. If you choose not to move to a paid product and do not confirm with your Media Advisor by phone or email that you wish to purchase a paid version, your products will be deactivated on December 31, 2020.
